Introduction

Boreham village lies between Chelmsford City and Hatfield Peverel village.  It is a thriving community with a population of just over 5000. Boreham Village has a Village Hall, two recreation grounds, a parade of shops, hairdressers and barbers, post office, a primary school, a doctor’s surgery, together with several other shops including a fine butchers shop, a gun shop and three public houses.
