New Hall School has offered me a countless number of opportunities to help grow as an individual, the school has helped me immensely with my academia, with the help of the LD staff. The student to teacher relationship is great here at New Hall with all of the teacher willing to give up their time to help any student. Overall, New Hall School in my opinion is one of the best schools around. I have had 3 other siblings go through this school, of which all of them are successful and exceeding in their chosen areas.

Incredible facilities and great teachers make New Hall the perfect place to study. The sense of community at New Hall is very strong and it has afforded me so many opportunities to allow me to succeed and better myself for the future. I cannot imagine spending the past years in education anywhere else!

i love new hall!! i have been at new hall since i was 3 and haven’t looked back! i feel as though i have learnt so much both academically and as a all round person. In addition to this i have boarded for much of this time and it has helped my become so much more independent and allowed me to be my own person.

Since starting New Hall in year 12, it has been one of the best decisions I have made. Everyone at the school has been so welcoming, supportive, and optimistic since the beginning.

New Hall provides a supportive environment to learn and grow allowing students to become confident in their ability to go forward in life with the determination and knowledge to make a change.

I’ve been a student here since year 4 and having been through both preparatory and the senior divisions of the school I can say that New Hall is truly one of the best schools I’ve attended. The facilities here are amazing for all interests in sports and theatre complimented by the hard working and friendly teacher and extended staff team. Being a boarder at new hall also has allowed me opportunity to develop my independence and life preparation skills for university such as the cookery classes available for us in the evenings.

I attended this school from Year 7 to Year 13 and couldn't have asked for a better school experience. I felt truly valued as a student and the staff genuinely had my best interest at heart.

A wonderful school, all our interactions have shown that the staff are passionate about their subjects and developing the students. Fantastic support for those most able (either in sporting or academic ability) and for those who need more support; my children are both achieving their absolute best potential and loving learning here. The team create a great environment where I’ve seen the students really enjoy being children, the pastoral care and personal development of the students is second to none. Catholic values are evident in teaching and the pastoral care; children of all faiths attend and enjoy the environment. The teaching is sound, the best grades the students can get will happen; it’s not a grade factory and not ‘win at all costs’. The focus is on developing the children to be happy, successful, thriving adults who understand the world around them, have a social conscience and give back. The academic and co-curricular activities work hand in hand, with the resources to give unrivalled opportunities to develop the whole child. I believe them when they say they will find your child’s brilliance, work with them and they will. I couldn’t think of anywhere better for my children to spend their childhood!

My daughter attended pre- reception! After twò terms i decided my daughter needed to be removed from there along with eight other children also in pre-reception who's parents were not happy either. I have never been so oversold and underwhelmed before. My daughter is now in another prep school in Chelmsford and is thriving.
