We'd been seriously let down by the AA who we thought covered us for recovery to home but turns out our cover had reduced over our 4 year membership! These guys picked us up swiftly and got us all the way home. My first breakdown...ever, hoping it will be my last. Paul came out to my stranded car in no time yesterday. The car was stuck in gear but with the lowering bed of the truck and the attached winch, the car was loaded and on the way home safely. There was some concern from me as the car was very low to the ground; I need not have worried. I couldn't have asked for more...except maybe not to have broken-down in the first place. Paul, thank you.

First class service, to free brakes on our caravan. Mark promptly diagnosed the problem and sorted it within 10 minutes, allowing us to tow the van to campsite for our daughter’s use on a “friends weekend”.

My breakdown company (Dynamo) called on Service On Site, based in Boreham ,to low load my car to my chosen local repair garage. First rate service from Service On Site! The driver, Paul, was excellent - he remained calm in the face of impatient other road users, had friendly chat on way to the garage and once he'd unloaded my car he came into the garage and gave them a run down on faults found and possible/ probable cause. Whilst I'm unfortunately without wheels this week-end... the recovery service has left me feeling uplifted. My breakdown cover called up these guys when my fan belt broke and he arrived within an hour. The service was absolutely professional and took the stress out of the situation and got me+car home. Even did a quick diagnostics check on my driveway. My recovery driver was actually the owner of the company and a remarkable human being, salt of the earth type. Broke down last night due to alternator broken and battery died.. got rescued by these guys professionally and safely... also took on the job straight away and will have it fixed by lunch time today.. in my time I have never had a quick , prompt and professional and honest service from a garage before! VERY EFFICIENT, courteous I was called by the driver Trevor & then about 5 minutes later I was called by head office by a lovely lady who also called to tell me the driver would be with me in the next 10 to 15 minutes & they definitely were. Within 45 Minutes my unfortunate little Fiesta was picked up & on the way to the Garage. Great service in this current situation with Covid 19 this was A Relief. Thank you Great Job and Team work 👍🏻

These guys are great. Now I haven't had to be picked up yet by them but I have work done on my cars here. There work is great quality, honest and reliable. Very happy customer!

What an amazing service. I had broken down in a van with a full load and Paul who picked me up took me to drop off the goods and then to the garage. They arrived within 30 minutes and everything about the service was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I'm only sad that i could only give them 5 stars.
