Got a puncture on the M25. The puncture repair kit couldn't inflate the tyre because it was so bad. I was on hold to the AA for an hour. In the end I called Wayne who recovered me in 45mins. Honestly, such a great service. I highly recommend his company.

We were stuck in Halstead, Essex on Sat 4th Non 2023. Gearbox was suffering so barely got car there. Insurance, RAC and AA not helpful. Tried dozens of so called 24hr recovery places before we got Wayne. Answered straight away, was with us in 30 mins (just after 2am) loaded car and took us back to Peterborough. Honestly what an outstanding guy. I crashed my car 5 minutes from my house and was on the phone to sort out recovery when he drove past. He took my car back to my house for free, didn’t ask for a penny, really friendly and polite guy. Can’t thank him enough.
