What a great company to buy a car from. I had few issues with the car but these were dealt with promptly. I can't recommend them enough and Andy was such a helpful guy. I have to say i would happily buy from them again

My wife and I bought a car in September. Andy was very helpful and kind on the phone, we received the car and made payment on the spot. After that we got in touch twice to receive the V5 logbook for the car, this has been going on for 2 months now, not to mention that the service has changed a lot. So far the document has not been received and they have only said to contact dvla. My message would be don't be fooled by the first call, after payment there is no longer the same kindness and attention. Think before buying from them.

I can’t recommend Superbia enough!! Firstly they made buying a car easier than buying shoes the service was more than perfect. Even though I’ve had a couple of very unfortunate issues with the car Superbia have gone above and beyond to fix everything around my busy schedule. Don’t hesitate to go there it’s the best!

I had a very positive experience in buying a Fiat 500 for my wife from Andrew at Superbia. I found him responsive and helpful from the time of my initial enquiry via Autotrader website, down to when I drove the car away 4 or 5 days later. This is a small family-owned business and logically Andrew has much more "skin in the game" than the traditional large dealerships as regards customer care and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Superbia, based on my personal experience. We love the new car, which seems in excellent condition and was fairly priced.

Absolutely fantastic service from my first call to picking up my new (to me) car. Andy put me at ease with his friendly banter whilst remaining professional and courteous . My beautiful fiat 500 looks brand new and is spotlessly clean. The guys at Superbia also resprayed my wheels (all part of the service) and they look amazing 👏 Ten out of ten all round Highly recommend 👌

I took my Toyota aygo to them as someone managed to drive into me and do quite a lot of damage to the rear door of my car. The guys were absolutely lovely, from start to finish. The work they carried out was amazing, the car looks good as new. I would definitely highly recommend them to everyone and I would definitely use them again, but I’m hoping I don’t need to lol. Seriously though I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs any work done on their car

I put a small deposit down for them to hold the car for me for 3 weeks as I couldn’t get to them straight away, it was a BMW 420D convertible with very high spec! I Couldn’t find another one just like it anywhere! During those 3 weeks, they even tinted the windows and sprayed the alloys gloss black for me without me even asking them to (they did ask me before spraying the wheels black if I wanted them left the original finish or black) They done this for free and admittedly I was going for the all black look and would’ve had to have done this myself so they saved me a minimum of £550 just by doing that alone! I live a 3 hours journey away from there, took a chance after reading their reviews and I’m glad I did, they definitely live up to their reputation! Aaron provided me with all the details during the 3 weeks and was more than helpful and clear with the information, not pushy at all like you get with some other places The car was there waiting right at the front & Within 5 mins of arriving, I was given the keys to take it for a test drive. Not a fault, scratch, nothing & it still drives to this day as if it was the first time I took it for a spin Jade, the admin was nice too, offered me a cup of tea/coffee and guided me to the office to finalise paper work & I even received a call & email to follow up after a while of purchasing to see if all was good with the car Bottom line, when looking for my next car, I’ll be contacting superbia first The 3 hours journey is a breeze when knowing I’m in good hands👍🏽

I recently purchased a Mini Clubman from Superbia and it was the best car buying experience that I have had even better than the experience of my new car purchase. Everything went smoothly and I was kept updated as to when my Mini would be ready for delivery. It arrived at my home at the time that had been discussed looking like a brand new car. I would like to give a big thanks to Aaron for all of his assistance and for making it a painless process. I highly recommend Superbia if you are in the market for a Mini Cooper.

Part-exchanged my car for this stunning grey mini cooper s. Great part ex price. It was great experience to have no pressure on buying the car, they also held onto the car for nearly two weeks while I got my finances sorted which is amazing, so many dealers would of sold it regardless of the deposit. What I was super impressed with is they refurbed the wheels before I even arrived, I didn't even need to ask they did it anyway...now that's a service! Andy W was Super friendly when I turned up and double checked it's what I wanted which most dealers don't do, they usually force you into the sale regardless. Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys and they really do know their minis.

Didn’t buy a car from them but enquired about one on Instagram. They were very friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend using these guys if you ever need a new car. They aren’t over priced and the aftercare seems to be outstanding. Owner is really nice as well, has a great sense of humour.
